主题:水力压裂力学及其实际应用
(Mechanics ofHydraulic Fracturingand Its Practical Applications)
演讲主题介绍:
Various fundamental mechanics issues of hydraulic fracturing will be addressed, including solid deformation and fracture, fluid flow and loss, heat transfer, proppant transport and settlement, temperature-, time-, and proppant-dependent fluid rheology, wellbore fluid mechanics, and perforation erosion. The focus will be on developing rigorous mechanics-based computational models that can be used to simulate multiple fractures on multiple stages along multiple wells in heterogeneous, multiple-layered formation. Various example results will show that the developed simulator is versatile, user-friendly, robust, and efficient, and can be used by fracture engineers to aid in the optimal design of hydraulic fracturing treatments. The current industrial benefits and challenges for effectively utilizing sophisticated fracturing simulators will be discussed.
